Together with Matthew Barns, owner of Financial Fitness, we’re on a mission to help heroes like you (and really anyone who’s ready) lock in rock-solid security with a complete package: a revocable living trust, pour-over will, last will and testament, advanced healthcare directive, and guardianship nominations.
No jargon, no overwhelm—just clear, straightforward guidance that puts you and your loved ones first.
How Long Does the Process Take?
It takes most people about 20 minutes to complete their Trust-based Estate Plan and 15 minutes to complete their Will-based Estate Plan.
The length of time it takes to complete probate varies greatly depending on the state in which you reside and the size of your estate. Rest assured that our probate experts will help you move through the process as quickly as possible.
What is the Difference Between a Will & a Living Trust?
A Will is a simple document that says who gets your stuff after you pass— but it forces your family into probate: a public, slow, and often expensive court process that can take a year or more.
A revocable living trust does the same job and more, yet completely avoids probate, keeps everything private, lets your family access assets in weeks instead of months, and protects you if you become incapacitated while you’re still alive.
In short, a Will is the basic (and bumpy) road; a living trust is the fast, private, stress-free highway most first responders choose for their families.
Are Digitally Built Trusts Legal?
All of our Estate Plans are built by attorneys and customized by you. Every plan is legally-valid, state specific, and created to meet your specific needs. In addition, our probate experts will ensure you have the information and support needed so that you can settle your loved one’s estate efficiently and legally.
In order to ensure your Estate Plan is legally binding, sign and notarize the documents upon receiving or downloading.
Is My Information Secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-level security to protect and encrypt your personal information. We’re serious about security and we’ll never sell or share your information without consent.
